We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Flair Bartender to perform regular bar shows to keep guests entertained while you expertly juggle, throw, catch bottles and do other tricks while mixing drinks.
Aside from possessing exceptional showmanship and knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers and wine, you must be able to interact with guests.
Your responsibilities:
- Must be able to juggle, throw, and catch bottles and other tricks while preparing drinks.
- Must be comfortable performing in front of audience.
- Must be able to prepare drinks in a manner that exudes showmanship and visual excitement.
- Foster a warm and enjoyable atmosphere by engaging in friendly conversation with guests.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as necessary.
- To achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability.
- Contribute to F&B goals for increasing sales and boosting revenue.
- Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines.
- Have a sound knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
- Prepare mise en place, take orders, make recommendations, prepare drinks behind the bar.
- Keep your assigned area clean, organized and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest service experience and exceed guest expectation.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- To perform other duties necessary for the effective operation.
Requirements:
Must pass flair skills test that will be set by the company.
- Well-groomed, neat appearance and with high standard of personal hygiene.
- At least two year's proven beverage service experience in an upscale lounge, bar of 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Knowledge and skills to create exquisite and innovative cocktails.
- Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beers and wine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Guest oriented, service minded and attention to quality.
