- If any dimension /deviation found then stopping machine immediately and need to inform supervisor. Only after taking correction of deviation parameter, start the machine
- If any deviation found in other shift, inspection of that parts should be 100% then only process for further process
- Need to confirm that all gauges are calibrated before any inspection
- Daily communication with production in charge
- Day to day reporting to plant head
