This individual will be working with a high performing team on exciting cloud-native products built ground up to solve complex problems of enterprise IT teams. Primary responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise business software for cloud platforms.
- Working closely with product managers and architects to understand requirements, present options and design solutions.
- Working with a globally distributed development team to perform requirements analysis, write design documents, design, develop and test software development projects.
- Working with customers to troubleshoot issues, participate in technical discussions with customer facing groups like support and consulting to provide guidance and expertise on the products and deployment.
- Understanding real world deployment and usage scenarios from customers and product managers and translate them to product features that drive value of the product.
- Analyzing and clearly communicating both verbally and in written form the status of projects or issues along with risks and options to the stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software product development
- 3+ years experience with relational and non-relational databases
- 3+ years experience in Node.js or Python and Java or Golang
- 2+ years of experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, etc.
Nice to have experience
- Experience of natural language processing, machine learning, and deep learning concepts
- Experience with design, development, and implementation of large language models such as GPT, BERT, or similar architectures
- Experience with evaluation and benchmarking performance of large language models
- Proficiency in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Experience with Agile development methodology and best practice in unit testing
- Experience using public cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Preferred experience with security best practices in SSO, certificate mgmt., encryption, etc.
- Preferred experience in message bus technologies such as Kafka, MQTT, ZeroMQ
