As an Advisor on Global Mobility, you will advise and support management on all international assignment activities, on both strategic and operational level.
You and your job: Imagine that you, as an Advisor Global Mobility, contribute to the ‘battle for talent’ by providing a personal and simplified talent mobility journey that support Rabobank’s strategy on international mobility.

Top 3 responsibilities
- Advise the international assignee and management with regard to International Assignments, i.e. on terms and conditions, contractual matters, fiscal and legal consequences, cultural differences, impact on family life (housing, schooling, dual career, etc.).
- Act as the point of contact to the assignee, hereby coordinating ongoing processes such as; career planning performance appraisal, annual compensation review and dealing with all other challenges that may come up.
- Keep track of market trends and contribute to the design, improvement and implementation of policies and processes.

The 8 people in the squad Global Mobility are jointly responsible for the talent mobility journey and facilitation of all international transfers within Rabobank, ranging from long term, short term and commuter assignments to permanent local hires recruited from abroad.
